Quality, quality, and speed of response.

We don't compete on price. We compete on what actually matters when your line is running and you're three days from being out of feedstock — clean material, clear paperwork, and a real person who picks up.

01 / Quality

Spec-grade material, every lot

SMR20 and RSS1 from a 20-year supplier relationship in Malaysia. International-export grade, with a Certificate of Analysis on every shipment and SGS inspection on request.

02 / Speed

From stock, not from sea-freight

We hold a two-month buffer of inventory in our climate-controlled GTA warehouse. You order Tuesday, we deliver Friday — not 45 days from now.

03 / Service

Friendly. Not bureaucratic.

Talk to a person. Pick up your bale, or have it on your dock. Take a single 33 kg bale to qualify the material — we'll still ship it. That's the policy.

Two grades. Both spec-pure.

We launch with two of the most widely-used grades of natural rubber on the market — covering tires, gaskets, hoses, footwear, industrial mats, and medical-grade applications. Other grades and synthetics will follow.

Block Rubber

SMR 20

Standard Malaysian Rubber · Grade 20

The workhorse. Block-form natural rubber, used across tire compounds, automotive parts, gaskets, hoses, and industrial mats. Consistent, predictable, and the most widely-specified grade in North America.

Sheet Rubber

RSS 1

Ribbed Smoked Sheet · Grade 1

The premium grade. Sheet-form, smoke-cured, amber-coloured natural rubber — the highest visual and contamination grade. Specified where colour, cleanliness, and performance all matter.

A name. A trade. A restart.

Global Gate isn't a new idea. It's a name and a trade Sam has run before — under the same name, in Dubai, more than twenty years ago. The Canada chapter is the chapter we get to build properly.

Sam Farahani

Founder · Supply

Sam first ran a company called Global Gate in Dubai (2002–2005), and spent close to twenty years in the natural-rubber trade including a Kuala Lumpur venture with family. He's the supply side of the business — the relationship with our Malaysian source goes back twenty years.

The rubber production process has an agricultural quality to it. I want our brand to feel that — real, not abstract.

Things people ask before their first order.

Why is there no pricing on the site?
Industry standard. SMR20 and RSS1 prices move daily with the underlying commodity, and your price depends on grade, tonnage, payment terms, and freight. Send us a request — you'll have a quote in 24 hours.
What's your minimum order?
We'll go as small as 500 kg — about fifteen 33 kg SMR20 bales, or four to five RSS1 bales. We'll even ship a single bale to a brand-new customer who wants to qualify the material first. That's deliberate.
What are your payment terms?
Standard for new customers is 30% on PO, 70% on delivery. Volume customers and repeat accounts move to better terms — including container-level volume discounts and extended payment windows.
Which Incoterm do you ship under?
Default is CIF Ontario — we own freight, insurance, and customs clearance to your dock. You can also pick up direct from our warehouse north of Toronto. Anything outside Ontario, ask.
What if a lot doesn't meet spec?
We replace it at our cost. Every shipment carries a Certificate of Analysis, and we're happy to bring in SGS or another independent inspection firm at your request. The relationship matters more to us than the lot.
How long has Sam known the Malaysian supplier?
Twenty years. They export internationally, hold the certifications a serious manufacturer expects, and can issue a COA per shipment. We're keeping their name private at this stage — happy to discuss under NDA.
Can I order via WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp isn't a typical Canadian B2B channel, but we keep it open — sometimes it's just the fastest way for a procurement manager to ping us a question. Email and phone work too.

Tell us what you need. We'll get back the same day.

Quotes inside 24 hours. Sample bales out the door inside 48. Pick the channel you actually use — we'll be on the other end of it.
